Bianco - 30% White Chocolate.

Matching Suggestions: Semillon, Sparkling, Moscato, Rose Botrytis.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier, soy and sunflower lecithin, madagascan bourbon vanilla 70g.

Soleo - 42% Milk Chocolate.

Matching Suggestions: Chardonnay, Semillon, Moscato, Rose,Botrytis, Tawny and Muscat.

Noir - 80% Extra Dark Chocolate.
