Orders placed by 12 pm Melbourne time weekdays are dispatched on the same day.

We have the following shipping rates.

Standard Shipping sent via Australia Post $10.00

Within Victoria:

Metro - up to 2 business days

Country - up to 5 business days

Sending interstate:

Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

Country - Please ask at your local Post Office.

Express Post  $15.00

Next business day delivery which Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your gift box is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our next day delivery guarantee.

Wrong address?

An email or text confirmation will be sent to you when you place the order. If you realize that you have made a mistake let us know asap, hello@justsurpriseme.com.au and if your gift hasn’t been sent we can change it here. If it has been shipped, unfortunately the changes to addresses and parcels marked ‘return to sender’ may result in re-delivery fees.

Delivery of goods.

Delivery vehicles are not refrigerated so in warmer months, food and beverages (particularly chocolate), is at risk of being altered as a result of high temperatures. Just Surprise Me accepts no responsibility for chocolate or other item that has been altered under these circumstances.

Delivery of gifts with alcohol.

Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. If re-delivery is required, there may be an additional re-delivery fee.

Multiple orders to the same address.

Contact us at hello@justsurpriseme.com.au and we will organize the one delivery fee for you.

Returns and Refunds.

We do not accept refunds, however if for some reason your gift is damaged in transit, you can return it to Just Surprise Me (if we are notified within 24 hours of the gift being received). All items are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we endeavour to deliver your product in perfect condition, what happens when the goods are dispatched is out of our hands.

Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.

If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us hello@justsurpriseme.com.au to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return and any supporting photos. Just Surprise Me shall bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.
