The 2025 batch of Rare Damson Gin is here! Locally grown Damson plums have been hand-picked around Melbourne, pitted, then steeped in dry gin for six months.

A tiny amount of sugar has been added to balance the astringency of the fruit, while retainings its characteristic tart, floral flavour.  Enjoy neat or over ice, with tonic or bitter lemon tonic.
